Return Policy

Shipping Information

• You will receive an email with your tracking information the same day that your package ships. Shipping times are 3-8 business days for domestic United States deliveries.
• Continental United States shipping only.

Returns/Exchange Information

• We offer returns/exchanges for items that are damaged. For all inquiries, please email sebastien@bbqfiends.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos of the damaged items so that we may process your claim accordingly.
• We are unable to process returns/exchanges for perishable items unless there is proof of damage.
• Merchandise returns/exchange requests that are not considered defective or damaged will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please email sebastien@bbqfiends.com for any merchandise inquiries.
• We are not responsible for damage or loss of packages due to unavailable recipient, incorrect address information, or theft.
