Shipping Information

  • You will receive an email with your tracking information the same day that your package ships. Shipping times are 3-8 business days for domestic United States deliveries.
  • Continental United States shipping only.

Returns/Exchange Information

  • We offer returns/exchanges for items that are damaged. For all inquiries, please email within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos of the damaged items so that we may process your claim accordingly.
  • We are unable to process returns/exchanges for perishable items unless there is proof of damage.
  • Merchandise returns/exchange requests that are not considered defective or damaged will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please email for any merchandise inquiries.
  • We are not responsible for damage or loss of packages due to unavailable recipient, incorrect address information, or theft.
