Sebastien Quintanilla & Marc Franco of BBQ Fiends will be teaming up with Jonathan Lagos of Si Baby-Q for an exclusive Brisket Class on August 24th at Rockabilly Brewing in Hutto, TX. Come out and learn how to make Texas Style Brisket like the pros! The class will cover the entire brisket process from start to finish. Including:
- Beef grades
- Trimming & seasoning
- Fire Managment
- Times & temperatures
- Wrapping
- Slicing & serving
We will have our 500-gallon Mill Scale offset smoker on-site and will be showing various stages of the brisket throughout the cook for that extra visual experience. Every attendee will be provided with a cooking guide of what we went over in class plus food samples of brisket, craft sausage, pickles, onions, and bread. Attendees age 21+ will also be given a complimentary four beer flight provided by Rockabilly Brewing. Come hungry and ready to have some fun with us!
