Biscuits, Briskets, and Gravy
Biscuits and Gravy are known as being the ultimate comfort food. We took this awesome dish and elevated it to the next level by adding our smoked brisket to the mix! This is a quick and easy recipe that is great for a weekend brunch!

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients & Supplies:
1 cup chopped smoked brisket
1 package of biscuits (6-8 count)
3 ½ tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp coarse black pepper
Step 1: Preheat grill to 325 F. Place biscuits on a wire rack and cook indirectly from heat source.
Step 2: Place a medium size pan over the heat source and add butter, stirring until melted. Add flour and stir until it is well mixed with the melted butter. Slowly add in milk and continue to stir until the mixture is well blended and starting to bubble.
Step 3: Once the gravy has a thick consistency add the brisket, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended and bubbling.
Step 4: Remove the gravy from the heat and pour onto the biscuits. Serve and enjoy!
