Breakfast Bomb

Ingredients & Supplies:
1 lb Pork Sausage
4 Eggs
2 Strips of Bacon (Crumbled)
1/4 cup Hash-browns
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Shredded Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Charcoal/Cherry Chunks
Instructions:
Step 1: Scramble the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook bacon and hash-browns in a skillet to your preference. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl to use as your filling. *Tip* Remove your eggs from the heat before they are completely finished, as they will continue to cook on the grill.
Step 2: Lay the pork sausage out flat in a rectangle shape making sure it is evenly spread out. Place your filling in the middle and add cheese on top of the filling if desired. Form a log shape around the filling, ensuring the filling is no longer visible. Place in refrigerator until time to cook.
Step 3: Heat your grill up to 325 F. Place the Breakfast Bomb on the grill and cook using indirect heat.
Step 4: Pull the Breakfast Bomb once the internal temp reads 165 F. Brush on a maple syrup glaze on the outside and serve!
